meocord create [options] <app-name>

Argument	Description
`<app-name>`	Name of the application and of the directory it is created in, such as my-bot

Option	Description
`--use-npm`	Use npm as the package manager
`--use-yarn`	Use Yarn as the package manager
`--use-pnpm`	Use pnpm as the package manager
`--use-bun`	Use Bun as the package manager
